One of our family favorites, all year around.

Soft every time;
Perfect for Holiday cooking

No one, literally no one has ever been able to resist a warm gooey cookie. Doesn't matter the time of year, or occasion. A warm batch of cookies always bring everyone in for family time. Even if its just for a quick 30 seconds of scrambling, screaming, and pushing for that first pick of cookies coming off the pan. My grandmother always said "If you cook, they will come". As she filled her kitchen with family, neighbors, and neighbors of family who most of us didn't even know that would show up for her cooking.

Soft Chocolate White Chip Cookies, Fall Cookie Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1c. soft butter

  • 2/3c. packed brown sugar

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2c. flour

  • 2/3c. cocoa

  • 1tsp. baking soda

  • 1/4tsp. salt

  • Full bag of white chocolate chips.

Directions for Baking Fall Cookie Recipes

  1. Your first step should Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugars, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Then add your eggs to the mix one at a time.

  3. Add all dry ingredients. Mixing the chips in very last.

  4. Drop by spoonful's onto baking sheet. (I prefer a baking stone myself aka: pizza stone). Cook 9-11 minutes. *TIP: Cookies will still be gooey in the centers. When baking cookies once the outside will keep their shape when slightly poked and the outside edges are cooked that means your cookies are done. If left to cook until not "gooey" anymore when they cool your cookies will be very crunchy and hard.*

  5. Leave to cool on baking pan/stone for roughly 2 min. before removing to cooling rack.

  6. Serve them right after or store them in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
